"What began in chaos, ended in gratitude". After a very stressful and unexpected situation involving my 2004 Kia Optima, the team at En-Tire Car Care Center ultimately handled everything with professionalism, kindness, and integrity. What began as an unfortunate incident turned into a true blessing in disguise, as hidden prior damage to the vehicle was discovered and properly repaired before my family took a long road trip out of state. The shop replaced the windshield, matched a replacement hood perfectly, and made sure the vehicle was safe and driving smoothly again — “like butter,” as they say 😊 I especially appreciate that they stood behind their work, treated me fairly, and worked with me through a difficult and emotional situation. In the end, I left feeling relieved, grateful, and genuinely cared for. Thank you to Jeffrey and the entire team for helping turn a stressful experience into a positive outcome.

They replaced my tires and stripped my bolts while doing it. I didn’t know until a different mechanic was having issues getting them off. I would not recommend NOT going to Entire Car Care for tire maintenance.

My tire split in half on a road trip! Out of the 7+ locations we called, En-Tire was the only place able to help. We were back on the road in under an hour. The customer service was so good it rivals calling your dad for help!
